                On April 13, 2019, amidst great anticipation, we welcomed the first skill enhancement and expansion activity of the "Japanese Excellent Team Leader Training Camp".

                Even though the weather today is not pleasant, the continuous rainy weather cannot stop the passion and enthusiasm of the Jiaren people to learn. Everyone is prepared and hopes to relieve the pressure in their work through expansion activities. They also hope to improve their mentality, help themselves grow, and implement the viewpoints behind the activities into practical work.

               At 8:30 in the morning, under the oath and mobilization of the senior parent Wang to learn with an "empty cup" mentality, the "Japanese Excellent Class Leader Special Training Camp" skill improvement and expansion activity was officially launched.

                Key point one: Leading a team means leading a state of mind.

                At the beginning, the instructor assigned everyone a task that was impossible for a single person to complete, aiming to explore the current collaboration status of our team. After understanding the game rules, everyone quickly completed the test through the power of the team and achieved the desired outcome of the game.

                   Through this link, we can deeply understand the philosophy that if people are united, Mount Taishan will move. As long as the team is positive and energetic, and the goal is unified, we will be able to overcome all kinds of difficulties and obstacles in the work,

               Point 2: The result represents the intention.

               After the warm-up is completed, we officially enter the grouping stage. Under the guidance and arrangement of the coach, the 30 students present formed three teams and quickly determined the team name, call, song, and formation form through intense discussions. Then each team displays one by one according to the instructor's requirements, and the instructor gives evaluation and scoring. After the presentation, everyone discussed and summarized within the group, analyzed the shortcomings of their team in the first presentation, and optimized them. Then, they competed again in the second round, and the results showed a change in ranking compared to the first round.

               Through this process, we can see that the current outcome is not important. The key is whether we have a strong desire to change the current outcome or are only satisfied with the status quo. Different desires will inevitably lead to different outcomes.

        Point 3: Progress from the beginning; Never be humble in the face of growth.

              After each discussion, the instructor will ask the team members to take the initiative to come up and make a summary statement. Among the participating team members, there are many skilled team leaders. Although they have strong technical skills, their language expression ability is relatively weak, and their psychological quality in facing public speeches is relatively lacking. However, at this stage, everyone can overcome psychological barriers, or be encouraged or actively stand on the stage to summarize their speeches.

            Through this process, we can realize that when we are just curled up in our comfort zone and unwilling to actively seek change, it is difficult for us to make higher-level breakthroughs in our lives or work. When we can break through our psychological defenses and bravely take the first step, then we have made progress compared to yesterday; When we have the opportunity to grow and break through, we must also have keen insight and seize it agilely, not pushing or shoving, and never giving up, because opportunities may only be fleeting, missing them can only be beautiful encounters, losing them may never come back, leaving behind regrets and regrets.

                   After a brief rest, they entered another game segment where each team was divided into three parts to assemble props according to the diagram, namely recognizing, passing, and assembling. In a tense and elevated atmosphere, each workstation performed its own duties and actively communicated with each other, ultimately completing tasks smoothly according to requirements through mutual cooperation.

                   Although the results of this stage met expectations, some issues were also highlighted during the process, from which we can understand that when there are problems or bottlenecks in our work, each of us should actively shoulder this responsibility and responsibility; If someone has already set an example and taken the lead, we must absolutely support and obey. Only by thinking in one direction and exerting force in one direction can we remain steadfast and unbreakable. If everyone has their own ulterior motives and their thoughts and strength cannot form a unity, the ultimate result will only be half the effort with twice the effort.

            Point 5: Believe in the power of perseverance.

       The last project before the end of the activity is for everyone to sit in a circle. Each person should tightly grip the rope in their hand and pull it back, trying to keep the rope tight. Then, two students will be randomly selected to walk on the rope once each. Subsequently, everyone responded to the year 2019 and worked together to complete the feat of spinning the rope together in 2019. Although the process was arduous, everyone persevered and gritted their teeth to complete the challenges they thought were impossible.

       Through this project, we can see that if everyone can fully utilize their energy and ensure the balance of their energy circle in their work, even if there are many difficulties, we can still carry the weight and move forward; Similarly, many things may seem impossible to accomplish, but as long as one can fearlessly face difficulties, grit their teeth, believe in the power of perseverance, and exert a tenacious spirit, they will surely be able to overcome all challenges without fail.
