       After the rain, the air mixed with the fragrance of soil dissolved the heat of the scorching summer and shed the fatigue of not waking up. At 7:40 am on August 12, 2019, the entire family of Zhongjia gathered on the basketball court to hold the "Happy Work, Healthy Growth" Zhongjia Printing "Happiness Project" TCC launch conference, and invited Director Zeng Shiping and Manager Chen Entao of Xinyang to attend and support it. This move signifies that Zhongjia has taken another step towards realizing the grand wish of achieving dual happiness for all employees, and also heralds the opening of a new chapter in Zhongjia's cultural journey.

     The plan of the day lies in the morning. In order to give all the family members of Zhongjia a beautiful mood at the beginning of the day's work, the management cadres full of positive energy and the grassroots employees full of love lined up on both sides of the attendance machine as scheduled, welcoming the arrival of all the family members with bright and warm smiles. Under the leadership of Manager Wang, accompanied by the collective bowing and greeting of department heads, the TCC kickoff ceremony officially kicked off.

Firstly, Manager Wang pointed out that TCC's mission is to help employees work happily and grow healthily, and to achieve a happy enterprise with a happy TCC family; At the same time, TCC is a platform for "love and growth", which is the best channel to help employees grow, enhance their personal abilities, increase their self-worth, and ultimately achieve self transformation.   

In recognition of the families who actively participated in the "Smiling Morning Ceremony" and praised their great acts of love, Manager Wang cordially invited them to come on stage, and Mr. Wang personally awarded the smiling logo symbolizing the morning ceremony. Although it may seem like a small ceremony, it carries a lot of honor. Afterwards, Manager Wang led the new family members to make a declaration for the morning greeting: "I promise: I voluntarily join the smiling morning greeting, continue to practice it, and show the sweetest smile every day in the future, demonstrating the most perfect myself. I am confident, outstanding, hardworking, and successful." In the resounding declaration, everyone in the audience gave warm applause, welcoming the new members' joining on the one hand, and drawing a satisfactory conclusion to this session on the other hand.

      Next, Mr. Chen Entao, the project manager of TCC, took the stage to deliver a speech. He pointed out that TCC is a platform for love, and everyone should have love in their hearts and give love, so that their families can perceive and have love. This can make our Zhongjia big family full of love and happiness, and thus achieve spiritual satisfaction; Secondly, TCC is also a platform for growth, aimed at helping employees achieve healthy growth, realizing that everyone has something to do, everything is managed by someone, and maximizing self-worth, thereby obtaining a matching material foundation and ultimately achieving material satisfaction.

      Later, Mr. Wang, a parent of Zhongjia University, took the stage to empower the organization. He emphasized that TCC is an independent group from the administrative organization, but also serves the administrative organization. The two complement each other and are inseparable; TCC is a carrier for realizing material culture, behavioral culture, institutional culture, and spiritual culture. It is an effective way to achieve the six levels of happiness, a breeding ground for love and altruism, and a platform for talent exploration, cultivation, and reserve.

The top management of the company must set an example before they can be effective. They take it as their responsibility to improve employee happiness index and devote their efforts to achieving "happy work and healthy growth" for employees, so that the "family culture" can take root.
