Today, amidst high expectations and the warm spring breeze, the friends of Shenzhen Shenghe Shuo Dongguan North Branch School, under the call of the branch school chairman Xu Juan, made an appointment to visit and exchange ideas at Dongguan Zhongjia Printing Co., Ltd. As soon as I entered the factory, my gaze was immediately drawn to the picturesque scenes, including lush lawns, antique rattan chairs, and clean floors. Especially, the girls from the Zhongjia etiquette team stood in a well-trained posture with flawless angelic smiles, and their slender eyebrows and clear eyes were filled with a youthful atmosphere.
At 14:00 in the afternoon, with the loud and clear singing of all the fellow students, a song called "Singing the Motherland" officially kicked off the learning session. Then, with high respect and positive energy, the families recited and read Mr. Inamori's wisdom crystallization of "Six Excellencies" and "Twelve Principles of Management", and vowed to use them as a guide to practice in enterprise construction.
After watching the introduction video of Zhongjia Company, I was also deeply shocked. After ten years of baptism, we can feel that every Zhongjia person, under the wise leadership of Mr. Wang, is pouring their hard work and tears on this fertile land of Zhongjia. Although they have also experienced the pains of entrepreneurship at the beginning, everyone is united and works together to achieve the glory of Zhongjia today.
At 3:00 pm, we divided our troops into two routes to infiltrate the production line of Zhongjia for the "treasure hunt" segment. From the screen printing workshop, label printing workshop to the rotary printing workshop, we could deeply feel Zhongjia's original intention of lean production and hope for the future. Its keen market insight, excellent strategic positioning, and advanced production and service concept have prompted it to introduce high-quality and large domestic and foreign customer groups such as Huawei, Midea, Gree, Weichuangli, Weiyida, and Moshi, and its performance has also been thriving.
After the "treasure hunt" ended, all the fellow students actively participated in the discussion of the "diamond giving" session. Adhering to the spirit of "altruism", everyone expressed their own opinions and hoped to promote the more refined development of Zhongjia through their own modest efforts. The entire venue was filled with fiery passion and strong love. Mr. Wang also listened attentively, recorded and frequently expressed his gratitude. Next, the meeting moved on to the seventh session - "Host's Q&A": How to maintain the stability of frontline employees in the current environment? Everyone was divided into five groups for intense discussions and ideological collisions.
The first group of family members shared that for grassroots employees, the most important thing is to make their salaries competitive with surrounding factories and ensure their income. Of course, the improvement of clothing, food, housing, transportation, and welfare is just icing on the cake. Another aspect is the corporate atmosphere, which allows employees to integrate into the team, be happy and respected within the team. As a manager, one should think from the perspective of employees, put people first, and pay attention to their inner needs. Regarding this doubt, other team members also spoke up, expressing that starting from the perspective of employee benefits, the joy of the work atmosphere, and the visibility of the development platform can also provide help. Family members freely expressed their opinions and provided many specific suggestions, aiming to help the host eliminate doubts through their own practical methods.
In expressing his gratitude to all the alumni, Mr. Wang from Zhongjia shared his business philosophy from the perspective of corporate execution through six dimensions: result system, responsibility system, measure system, inspection system, incentive system, and improvement system. He was also highly praised and recognized by his family members.
Recite the fifth article of the "Twelve Articles of Management" collectively: maximizing sales and minimizing expenses. Mr. Xu pushed the atmosphere of the venue to a climax by sharing his personal experience and his own understanding. The entire sharing atmosphere was relaxed and joyful. He mentioned facing difficulties and setbacks with an optimistic attitude to manage the enterprise, which also received unanimous praise from everyone.
After the learning session, everyone took a group photo at the front desk of Zhongjia and orderly headed to the location of the Airbus dinner party for dining.
To enjoy cooking sheep and slaughtering cattle, one must drink three hundred cups at a time. After a brief exchange of pleasantries among the fellow students, we began the empty bar segment.
Mr. Xu shares with everyone from the perspectives of family education, employee happiness, and zero defects, and proposes that true happiness is not one's own happiness, but making everyone around feel happy and winning applause.
