Blood donation is the red bond that conveys love and is the traditional virtue of our Chinese nation. The blood donation activity was carried out in the basketball court of the company. Like previous activities, it still received strong support from the public.
A week ago, we did a good job of propaganda activities in advance, and planned the process and arrangements for the day's activities. At the same time, we thank the Dongguan Blood Donation Center Station and China Unicom for their strong support and brought unlimited power to our activities!
At 9:15 am on June 29, 2017, the staff of the Dongguan Blood Donation Center and China Unicom had already arrived at the site to set up a venue, adding a beautiful landscape to today’s event. At 9:30 a.m., "Zhongjia Blood Donation" love activities officially started. Under the guidance of medical staff, the colleagues involved in the activity ordered the queues, blood pressure, blood and other items in an orderly manner. The medical staff also patiently explained to the colleagues waiting in line the precautions and benefits of blood donation, letting everyone understand that while giving a drop of blood, it will bring a miracle to a life. During the event, many colleagues did not forget to take pictures to commemorate this meaningful event. Although some of my colleagues suffered from dizziness and discomfort due to physical reasons, they could not stop their selfless dedication.
The company had already prepared sugar water, supplemented blood sugar to colleagues who completed blood donation, and medical staff members issued blood donation certificates to commemorate our responsibilities and respect for life. Zhong Jia's family members can receive free gifts from China Unicom’s gift area with blood donations.
There were 47 people who had successfully donated blood. A total of 16,300 mg of blood was collected. There were 12 people who did not have blood donations because of physical discomfort. But here we must say to colleagues who are actively involved in loving activities: Thank you! It is your active participation that has made this blood donation event a success!
We never forget our own responsibility and respect for life. We believe that we can use our own practical actions to promote more people's participation and allow more people to pass on this love!
